Ashley Graham's Breastfeeding Struggle

Ashley Graham has told of how she found breastfeeding "really difficult".

The model welcomed her son Isaac into the world in January with husband Justin Ervin.

Telling her Instagram followers of the experience, Ashley said she ended up seeking advice from a lactation specialist when nursing her newborn left her in pain.


She told her Instagram followers: "Breastfeeding it is one of those things that can be really difficult, in fact I had a lactation nurse come over and help me because the first couple of days it hurt.

"Apparently there is this technique that my lactation nurse taught me."

The star offered some tips to her fans while also urging them to look after their mental health amid the current public health crisis.
