The actor is on the lookout for something more serious after a string of casual romances in the wake of his divorce from Jennifer Garner in 2015.
While the search may be on for a more permanent other half, Ben won't be turning to dating apps for any help.
Speaking during his interview with Diane Sawyer, the 47 year-old said: "I am not on any websites, I am on no dating apps, not Tinder, Grindr, Brindr, Bumble, Humble. I am not on any of them. I don't have any judgement about people who are - I know people who are on them and have a fun time, but that's not me. I would love to have a relationship that is deeply meaningful and one to which I could be deeply committed."
The star hopes to remain sober and find a happy and committed relationship in the near future.
