The 'Loose Women' panellist asked her husband to renew their vows while appearing on a podcast together about Valentine's Day.
The romantic moment involved Nadia telling Mark all the reasons she loves him, including that he is an incredible father to their daughters, before she said: "I would really like to ask you if you would like to renew your vows with me."
Mark, clearly touched by Nadia's gesture, replied: "Aww, you're a funny one aren't you," before going over to give her a hug. The TV presenter told Mark that he hadn't actually said yes, to which he joked: "I know, I will have to think about it." He then added: "I would love to, oh my god, of course I would love to."
The star admits that her husband was likely taken aback by the gesture as she finds it hard to be romantic.
The happy couple went on to discuss what kind of ceremony they would like after rushing their first wedding due to Nadia's pregnancy with their oldest daughter.
