One year since tying the knot, the couple revealed they are preparing to become parents later this year.
Alongside an image of her growing baby bump, Elle wrote on Instagram: "Our little family is growing...... and so is my belly."
The model also shared a photo of the pair kissing on her Instagram Stories with the caption: "Our best kept secret since September."
The announcement comes after Matt revealed he would be taking a year off touring to focus on his family.
The musician said at the time: "I'm going to chill out, have some family time and maybe towards the end of the year write some songs and start the new album."
