Speaking about his relationship, which has blossomed since model Arabella left the villa a year after his own exit, Wes admitted his future plans to take her down the aisle.
He told Capital Xtra: "You know what it is, we're just happy, genuinely really, really happy, just smiling all the time.
"I don't think we've had an argument where we've been angry at each other, like we're genuinely just good, and I'm not just saying that for the radio, like, we are good, really good."
Quizzed on whether Arabella may be the one for him, Wes laughed: "It is a yes, of course it's a yes.
"I don't go into relationships if I'm not looking for long-term and forever. Why would I go in for anything less, it's wasting my time and hers."
The couple have recently moved in together and feel their relationship has gone from strength to strength in the past few months.
Wes continued: "The thing is with Arabella, not only do we work as a couple, we work well as a working couple and it's hard to have a working relationship in this because it's so spontaneous but I think because she's been a model for like 10, 15 years, she understands how spontaneous this life can get and it's on both parts now because we've both done the same show.
"Say if we had a date night and something comes up, like you got invited to this red carpet, or you've gotta do this and dinner is cancelled, she's not going to get angry, she's going to go 'babes do your thing'."
