It's understood the rapper's ex-girlfriend Ammika Harris has given birth to a baby boy, making the 30 year-old a father of two.
Chris already shares five-year-old daughter Royalty with his former partner Nia Guzman.
Neither Chris or Ammika have confirmed the news as yet, however sources told Page Six the baby had arrived.
The pair have also taken to social media to post cryptic messages, with Ammika sharing on Instagram on Thursday: "I was in love, when I first saw you."
Chris also shared an image of himself with the date "11-20-2019" as the caption, which fans believe to be his son's birthday, as well as a second snap of him wearing a hoodie with the words "born" on it.
News of the couple's pregnancy first emerged in August following their split earlier this year.
