Lamar announced the news on Instagram after getting down on one knee with a huge pear-cut diamond engagement ring.
He captioned the snap, in which his future wife drapes her arms over him while showing off her sparkler, with: "Introducing my new fiancée!! Soon to be Mrs. Parr-Odom. She the ONE!!!!! @getuptoparr."
The 32-year-old life coach also shared the news on her own account, showing followers a series of videos of her new jewellery.
