The former reality star told OK! Magazine of his family aspirations, however his model wife didn't appear quite as keen on the prospect of such a large brood.
While Spencer commented: "We want seven," his Irish wife corrected him: "No, we're going to try for three and then if it doesn't kill us we'll go for a fourth.
"I'd really love a little girl next, but whatever comes we'll be happy with."
It seems Vogue may not see her dreams realised, however, as Spencer replied: "I only breed men! It will be a little boy. I hope it's a little boy so we can recycle Theodore's extensive wardrobe. He has more clothes than I do!"
The couple are already parents to the one-year-old and Spencer revealed how their love was deepened when he arrived.
He explained: "As you get older you begin to notice qualities in people, and there's nothing more attractive than being a great mother. To me, my mother genuinely is perfect and Vogue is a similar representation of what Theodore will have."
