The happy couple are awaiting the arrival of their fifth child and revealed the gender in a video posted on Instagram on Saturday.
The footage shows the couple's four children- Carmen, six, Rafael, four, Leonardo, three, and Romeo, 16 months- being led into a room by their parents where they were each met with a baby doll swaddled in a blanket.
Carmen - the couple's oldest child, and currently the only girl of the bunch - is then seen excitedly saying "It's a girl!" as she notices the baby is wearing pink.
The six-year-old will be delighted by the news after previously telling her parents she didn't want them to have a boy.
Speaking earlier this year, Hilaria revealed: "When I told Carmen I was pregnant with another boy, she came to me and said, 'Mommy, how about you have another girl then you can have another boy?' And I told her it doesn't work that way."
When asked what she'd do if she had another boy, the health and wellness expert said at the time: "I would keep on trying…I'm serious."
