Charlie Wolf Tell was born on Tuesday 08 October, a younger brother for two-year-old Liam, who the 33-year-old also has with her husband William Tell.
Lauren told fans of the safe arrival on Instagram, sharing a cute drawing of the now family of four.
"Our sweet baby boy, Charlie Wolf Tell, has arrived!" she gushed.
The second addition comes as no surprise after the reality star admitted she wanted more children just one month after welcoming Liam in June 2017.
