The former wrestler hasn't given her future with the dancer much consideration as yet, but only because the idea of marriage and babies is a bit much at this stage.
Asked recently if there will be wedding bells anytime soon, Nikki said: "Oh, gosh no. Marriage and babies are really scary for me right now but in the future (maybe)."
The couple's relationship has been going from strength to strength since they got together after being partnered together on 'Dancing with the Stars'.
