The actress and singer has been open about her desire to expand her brood with husband-to-be Alex, and says her twins Max and Emma, aged 11, would have no problem with more siblings joining their blended family.
The retired baseball player has two daughters of his own, Natasha, 14, and 11-year-old Ella.
Jennifer told 'Extra TV': "I think they would love to have a brother or sister.
"They love having Natasha and Ella in their lives and having two extra bonus sisters.
"We really form a beautiful blended family and I think they would all be thrilled."
Asked recently if children with Alex are on the cards, Jennifer replied: "Yeah!"
The pair believe they are a match made in heaven and think God played a part in their meeting.
