Shay Mitchell's Unconventional Baby Shower

Mum-to-be Shay Mitchell broke the trend when it comes to the baby shower phenomenon by opting to attend a strip club with friends rather than the standard gift giving ceremony.

The actress, who is expecting a baby girl with boyfriend Matte Babel, held her shower at a performance of 'Magic Mike Live' in Hollywood.


Sharing the wild night out on her YouTube channel, on which she has documented much of her pregnancy, the first time mum was joined by celebrity pals Nichelle Hines, Elysia Rotaru and Shani Darden.

Meanwhile, things turned serious later in the episode when Shay revealed she was nervous about giving birth.

"I'm terrified of giving birth. It's just a lot," she told her pals.

Shay and Matte have already decided on a name for their daughter, which they plan to share after she arrives.
