The former Celebs Go Dating agent attended the preview of Whyte Studio in London on Tuesday night.
Cradling her bump in a figure-hugging black dress, she looked glowing as she posed for photographers.
The appearance came in the wake of Nadia's announcement that she is expecting a miracle baby.
Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: "I've gone from a hellish year to being blessed with a baby.
"The odds weren't in my favour, as for so long I thought I couldn't have children – so this is the best thing that's ever happened to me. It's a miracle!"
Nadia added: "I had tried for a baby ten years ago with a previous partner, with no success."
She is keeping the identity of her baby's father a secret as they are no longer in a relationship.
