The former reality star, 38, revealed the happy news to People magazine. He also explained how they announced the impending birth to his three-year-old daughter Eva James, who he has with ex-wife Leah Felder.
"We are at 12 weeks now, so near the end of the first trimester," Brandon told the publication. "We're madly in love and we are very excited about this!"
Speaking of the announcement, which featured both Leah and girlfriend Cayley, Brandon said: "We told her together.
"Leah, Cayley and I sat down with her and told her what was happening, and she was very excited and happy. She's super excited to be a big sister."
Brandon is the son of Caitlyn Jenner and Linda Thompson, and often appeared on reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians with Leah before they split in September 2018 and finalised the divorce last month.
"Leah and I split up in a really beautiful way, and I think we handled it in the best way possible," the musician added. "It was a process, and it took some time to finalise. And now that Leah and I have moved on, I am starting a family with Cayley, and I'm so happy about it."
