The guitarist remains adamant there has never been a connection between him and 40-year-old Kourtney and is convinced Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian West are behind the false gossip.
He told Andy Cohen on Sirius XM: "Little suspicious about the origin of the story...not sure the call's not coming from inside the house on this one. If the call is coming from inside the house...it's diabolical and genius because when people start gossiping about you and someone else, and they start putting your pictures together, it gets real suggestive."
Speculation arose last year when an eye witness reported seeing the pair flirting at a GQ event. Despite his take on the matter, John is no stranger to dating famous women and has had relationships with Katy Perry, Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson in the past but now hopes to settle down with someone outside of the public eye.
