The reality star is expecting the baby with husband Kanye West via surrogate, her second time using the service after two difficult pregnancies.
Commenting at the bash alongside eldest daughter North, Kim said: "I thought it was kind of ridiculous to have a fourth baby shower. But I thought I'm freaking out having a fourth kid.
"So, because I'm freaking out and the baby is coming in, like, two weeks, I thought what better way to celebrate than to have a little CBD."
The cannabis derivative is said to ease anxiety and other ailments. Guests spent the day lounging on mats outside, enjoying a sound bath, and making CBD-infused body oils and bath salts as well as flower arrangements.
Kim's mum Kris Jenner attended along with sister Kourtney, friends Chrissy Tiegen, Paris Hilton and Larsa Pippen and a host of other famous faces.
