The model has Archie, eight, Harry, seven and five-year-old George with her ex-husband Jamie O'Hara as well as 18-month-old Reggie with fiancé Michael O'Neill, and has made no secret of her wishes to have a daughter.
After revealing she had booked into a fertility clinic earlier this year, she's now focusing on the best way to conceive a girl naturally.
Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: "I'm definitely going to have one more. Michael wants another and the boys keep asking if there's a girl in my tummy yet. I'm meant to be having gender selection abroad in August but I've got a book on how to conceive a girl, which I'm glued to. I've been following the advice about the best time to conceive and taking a pregnancy test every month to check. I've been thinking I should just save the money."
The star is set to marry Michael early next month.
