Romano, best known for voicing 'Kim Possible' in the Disney TV show of the same name, welcomed her second daughter Sophia Elizabeth into the world on Monday with husband Brendan Rooney.
The couple already have two-year-old Isabella Victoria, who was born in December 2016. They then announced they were expecting their second child in August 2018.
Sophia Elizabeth weighed a healthy 7lb 2oz and Romano told People magazine that labour was "like a vacation" after suffering from a case of the flu and then walking the red carpet in high heels at the Kim Possible film premiere last week. She said: "Between moving to a new home, walking the Kim Possible red carpet in 6 inch heels, 4 cm dilated, and a stomach flu that hit the whole house 24 hours before I delivered, labor with this little angel was like a vacation!"
Taking to her Instagram to share the happy news, she shared a picture of the little one's feet, writing: "Welcome to the world, Sophia Elizabeth Rooney️...Born 7lbs 2oz on 2/18 at 1:27 PM. @thebrendanrooney @isabellavrooney and I love you infinitely...We are already marveling at your grace and beauty, just like when your sister was born. We cannot wait to watch our bright shining stars journey down the path of sisterhood together."
Romano, 34, and film producer Rooney tied the knot back in 2013 after meeting at Barnard College in 2011. The actress has previously said that she has "always wanted two girls". Upon finding she was pregnant again, she said "we are going to raise both our daughters to believe that they can do anything!"
