He was previously dating Noah Cyrus, 19, Miley Cyrus' younger sister, until they separated in September 2018 resulting in a very public break-up. His rap name comes from his previous addiction to Xanax, and he checked into rehab after fellow rapper Mac Miller passed away from an overdose. He credits his girlfriend Annie for his recovery in the pregnancy announcement- thanking her for "saving him".
There is also speculation that the pair could soon be getting married, after Annie posted a picture on her Instagram of the couple for Valentine's Day with the caption: "I cannot wait to call myself your wife soon." She also wrote Lil Xan's real initials, D.L., followed by a diamond ring emoji in her Instagram bio.
