The 39-year-old has Ryder, 14, Bingham, seven and new-addition Rani Rose who is only three-months old with her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa.
Despite living a busy lifestyle which includes running her active wear line 'Fabletics', being a movie star and ambassador for Weight Watchers, she still finds time to be a fully present parent to her brood.
Sara, who is the step-sister of Kate's boyfriend, told People magazine: "Kate is the most hands-on mom and I don't know how she does it all. She really does it all. Whoever says women can't do it all, she does."
She added that Rani is a "very chic baby" who is always being dressed up by her mum, who spent 14 years being a mother of boys before her arrival in October.
"Kate puts turbans on her and I'm so jealous because I didn't know about these turbans when I had daughters. Little girls have no hair usually, so these turbans, they're so cute! I know if I have a third daughter, I'll take them all."
