Danielle has sole legal and primary custody of the kids, according to The Blast, while Weston has been granted visitation.
The 27-year-old, who followed his dad's footsteps into the acting industry, married for the third time in April to Hila Aronian, four months after announcing their engagement.
He wrote on Facebook: "Engaged at last.. Finally true love is no longer a fantasy. I announce with unsurpassable honour, love and excitement that my one true love and ultimate Queen and I are officially engaged as of May 25th.
"We have awaited this declaration eagerly and decided to celebrate it in the season of global festivity."
