The pair are set to tie the knot in January, and Lauren has said she is working with her dress designer Hayley Paige to accommodate the growing baby bump.
Revealing the news in the current issue of Us Weekly, the bride-to-be said: "The first thing we thought of was, 'Oh, my gosh. Our wedding!'
"Obviously we're not married yet, but this is the way it happened, and is probably the way it was meant to happen!"
The expectant mother added that she made her fiancé read the results on the pregnancy test, and bought a further six tests to make sure the news was true.
"We weren't trying, but we are so excited," Arie gushed.
"It's going to be a whole new chapter in our lives."
The pair got engaged in March, after the groom dumped his ex-fiancé Becca Kufrin on TV. Their wedding date and venue was announced in May and engagement portraits released in July.
