The 36-year-old is already a father to Dulcie, four, and Elva, two, and whilst Amelia is currently expecting their third child, he hopes more children will be on the way if she is willing.
"Part of me feels like I need to put a cork in it after this," the Northern Irish actor told Jimmy Kimmel Live!
"But then, alternatively, I feel like we make really great kids. Maybe we'll just, if my wife's willing, do it until we can't do it anymore.
"It's all up to her, I do the fun bit," he added.
Jamie hopes to clear space in his schedule and be at home more when the next baby arrives, as with the first two he was "at the mercy" of his role as Christian Grey in the Fity Shades of Grey franchise.
"I've never missed a birth - I couldn't live with myself if I missed a birth," he added.
