According to a report by The Sun Online, Jardine said that the split had "damaged" him and that he was going to ask for his therapy to be paid for by Married At First Sight bosses after they paired him with wife Stephanie.
He said that he thought the show was going to find him "true love", but "instead it's been a nightmare".
Speaking to The Sun Online, the 36-year-old said: "It's really impacted on my life and I feel my reputation has been damaged by lies. I married a stranger and it didn't work out but now she won't leave me alone.
"She's been meeting up with my ex girlfriend. She even met up with Natalie Nunn, who I was in the Celebrity Big Brother house with. It's all wrong. I just want to move on."
