Casey, who gave birth last month, has confirmed she is now a mother to a baby girl named Florence.
Taking to Instagram she wrote: "On the 24th of May myself and my amazing partner @danegoodson84 welcomed our most perfect beautiful little girl Florence
"It wasn’t easy but it was totally worth it."
Casey is currently in a relationship with Dane Goodson, who is also the baby's father.
