Speaking on Good Morning Britain she denied the pair were together after he was pictured leaving her house on friday.
She said he stops by to see her neighbour Fearne McCann and calls in for a cup of tea as he is passing.
She said: "The press keep saying he's popping by my house - he pops to see Ferne. Ferne is my neighbour, so he says, 'Gem, I'm popping by for tea'."
Gemma and Arg have had an on/off relationship since 2012.
