The pair, who have been dating for four months, have even said they have discussed marriage.
In an interview with MailOnline, the 22-year-old Geordie Shore star confessed: "We've both talked about it. I've said I never want to be with another man in my life. Sam is definitely the one."
She added that they want to tie the knot "in the future", with her partner, who is also 22, agreeing.
Despite Ferry undergoing cosmetic surgery on a number of occasions, Gowland has said it makes no difference to him because he sees her as "good looking now and then".
Going on to discuss his girlfriend's personality, he added: "I thought she was a bit mental, but she can get away with it because I'm a bit mental.
"When I saw her in person she's a lot better looking in person. We started talking and I thought I quite fancy her.
"She had a big a**e. that's what everyone notices first to be fair. I seen her a**e and I thought her face is alright as well."
"Chloe is a good looking girl but there's just something else there as well," he continued. "She's just on my level, we've both got the same crack, it's just very easy-going to be honest.
"I'm a bit mad myself, she's like the girl version of me. I like her for the way she is. I don't want to stop her being the way she is. Normally I get bored, this time I can never see myself getting bored."
