Speaking to OK! Magazine she said: "I'd been feeling really tired and then suddenly it hit me, that was exactly how I felt when I was pregnant with Teddy.
"My mum went out and got a test and I left Adam downstairs while I took it. After I realised it was positive, I gave it to Teddy and told him to give it to Adam.
"I downloaded a pregnancy app and worked out that we got pregnant on our wedding day."
