The pair, who met on the second series of Love Island, have not given a reason for the split.
However, Rachel has since taken to Twitter to suggest that all was not well in their romance. Her first tweet over the weekend read "physically shaking with anger".
She later confirmed the split, telling her followers: "Rykard and I are no longer together, we have decided to go our separate ways but I wish him all the best with his future."
The most telling tweet, though, was one sent to Rachel by a follower which said: "Real men stay faithful they don't have time for other women because they are too busy loving the one they have", to which she responded: "That's a good quote".
Rykard has not commented on the claims.
During filming of the show, Fenton, 25, and 26-year-old Jenkins hit trouble after Rykard shared a steamy session with Love Island co-star Olivia Buckland – while Rachel was sleeping in the same room.
However, he later apologised to Rachel, who is a nurse and they rekindled their relationship.
