Earlier this month, the couple announced that they were "working on their marriage", but the latest reports have claimed that Karen, 35, is already romantically linked to someone else.
It is understood images have been obtained by The Sun newspaper which shows the dancer and accountant Stuart Wood together on a number of occasions outside her home.
A source is quoted as saying: "They've met up on a number of occasions the past few weeks and are getting to know each other.
"She's been telling him that there could be a future together. There is hope for Stuart that they might elope together."
Karen and her husband Kevin have been together for seven years, tying the knot in 2015.
