Sinn Féin has once again called for marriage equality in Northern Ireland.
MLA Megan Fearon urged for legislation to be changed in favour of same-sex marriage after she took part in Newry Pride Parade over the weekend.
Fearon, who is the party's equality spokesperson, said: "Throughout the North in recent months we have seen a huge turnout in support of the LGB and T communities and the demand for marriage equality.
"I want to commend all those who played a part in organising today's Pride Parade. It was another powerful demonstration that the demand for equality and in particular marriage equality is building.
"Sinn Féin is calling for marriage equality in the North and we've pursued that in the Assembly and through the negotiations.
"The continued denial by the DUP and Tory government of rights, including language rights, marriage equality and the right of families to coroner's inquests that all other citizens enjoy in every other part of these islands is untenable."
