Stephanie revealed that she had miscarried during the assault trial which found him guilty of attacking her.
A source told The Sun Jeremy is "furious" and wants her to "face justice".
They said: "He was so upset and is seeking advice from a solicitor regarding her claims he killed the baby, as it's untrue.
"He also wants her to face justice for what happened back in July in their hotel room."
The pair already have a baby boy together.
