Chanelle is currently pregnant with her second child.
Speaking on ITV's This Morning, she said: "It's horrible, you just feel massive and huge and I felt big anyway beforehand.
"I'm so grateful I could have a baby but it's just a miserable, miserable time and I think there's so much talk about postnatal depression but it can also make you feel really bad when you're pregnant as well.
"While I'm so excited to meet the baby, I'm absolutely miserable as well."
