Taking to Instagram on Monday night, the 24-year-old hit out at the claims which said that she was expecting her first child with on-off boyfriend and TOWIE co-star Pete Wicks.
McKenna and Wicks, 29, were recently spotted in Las Vegas on a 'make or break' trip for their romance. The pair were then pictured at the airport ahead of their departure where McKenna was said to have a more rounded stomach, with claims soon emerging that she was pregnant.
Wicks also caused further speculation when he shared a photo to Instagram in which he was surrounded by shopping bags from various children's boutiques.
However, McKenna has now taken to Snapchat to deny the reports. She said: "While I'm on Snap I may as well clear up some rumours.
"There's a lot of tweets and articles about me being pregnant. Guys it's called a food baby. I had been to a Mexican restaurant just before I got on the flight and I had a bloated belly.
"What makes me laugh, a day before that picture was taken I was being called too skinny and I looked too unhealthy and it was worrying because I looked too skinny. The next day I'm being accused of being pregnant."
