Dyer, 39, is reportedly said to have had a six-week affair with Sarah Harding. The affair is said to have taken place five years ago when they worked together on the film Run For Your Wife, however Dyer's wife is said to have been left "humiliated" by the news.
A source is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "Jo has been left humiliated by the reports over the weekend of Danny's fling with Sarah.
"She is already unhappy with some of the crowd Danny is hanging round with again and things are not rosy between them.
"It is fair to say their marriage is under serious pressure again. Jo has forgiven a lot of things Danny does, but it can't go on forever."
According to The Sun, at the time of the alleged affair, Harding, 35, did not know that Dyer had a long-term partner. The actor is said to have told his co-star that he was single and living with his father.
Dyer and his wife have been together for 20 years and tied the knot in September 2016. They have three children together.
