In an interview with Complex magazine, the 19-year-old admitted that while Disick is "nice", he "drinks a lot".
Disick, 34, was previously in a long-term relationship with Kourtney Kardashian and the couple have three children together, but their romance came to an end in 2015 due to Disick's partying lifestyle.
Last month, he was linked to Thorne when the pair were spotted on a dinner date in LA. They were then seen flying to the Cannes Film Festival last month. However, the actress has now said that she is not dating Disick.
She is quoted by the publication as saying: "Scott is really nice, sweet, charming. I don't drink, and he really drinks a lot. And it just ended up... I just wasn't down."
She added that while she enjoys going out and dancing, she doesn't "party hardcore like that", saying it's "way too much for me" and "that's not the way I live my life."
