The Sky Sports presenter revealed her worries in a recent interview with The Sun after she was admitted to hospital for an operation.
On the eve of the Rio games in 2016, 34-year-old Webster collapsed. It was later announced that she was suffering from malaria and a bacterial infection.
Having recently been in hospital for another operation, the television presenter has now said she is worried that she won't be able to have children.
She is quoted by the newspaper as saying: "I'm really worried I won't be able to have kids, because I love kids. It's weird at the moment and it's not settled.
"They are looking into it. It's a real, 'please, please' – I want to have kids."
