Earlier this month, media in the US claimed that Mehgan, 26, was dating Kardashian. However, Rob later took to social media to say that he had never heard of "Megan something", never mind dated her.
On Monday, 05 June, TMZ then alleged that Mehgan and her team were actually responsible for the reports, claiming that they had leaked the story themselves.
The reality television star has since hit out at TMZ, saying that it is not true.
Sharing an image of TMZ's post on Instagram, Mehgan wrote alongside: "1) I did not fake anything. Like I said I never confirmed that I was dating Rob. Anyone that asked I told them it was not true. It takes two people to fake a relationship, any one who fakes a relationship by themselves is a complete idiot!!"
