She gave birth to baby Polly four weeks ago and she has made her first TV appearance on ITV's This Morning.
Speaking to the presenters Ryan and Holly, she said: "I can't even remember what I used to do before I had her!"
She also described her labour as "horrific".
She continued: "It was awful. It was 27 hours - absolutely awful.
"But at the end of the day, look what you get out of it!"
