The couple tied the knot at St Mark's Church, Englefield, Berkshire, on Saturday.
Those in attendance included the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry and Roger Federer and his wife Mirka.
Following the wedding, guests walked to nearby Englefield House, where it is believed a champagne reception was held before having a reception at Pippa's parents' house in Bucklebury.
Middleton, 33, who is the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, and Matthews, 41, announced their engagement in July 2016.
