Stephanie claimed he was drinking with her after she revealed she had a secret alcohol problem.
However in a statement to Mirror Celeb, Jeremy's representative said: "To imply that Jeremy was drinking three days after leaving rehab is a malicious lie.
"Jeremy removed himself from the situation last night and checked into a hotel."
Jeremy recently booked himself in to a rehabilitation clinic to battle his problems.
Stephanie also pledged to give up alcohol in a tweet, which has since been deleted. She wrote: "I keep things in. I destroy people's lives. Me and jeremy can't drink. And won't be drinking again.
"It's been hard for me to admit and accept. I'm a good mother and a good person but alcohol doesn't agree with my life. It's a chemical imbalance.
"I hate that my life is in the media, but I can't lie and keep this in. I guess I chose to share my life so I have to deal with it.
"My priorities are my family, and I need to make things right the wrongs. I haven't been perfect myself. All my life I've been told what I should be, how I should be, and it's rubbish. This, is, me.
"I hope one day I can help people in the same situation. Your not a bad person your just powerless. I've hurt those who are close to me who I love so much."
"I love Jeremy and my son. There all that matters."
