The former Hollyoaks' actress took to Instagram to post a cryptic message about "my lucky star" and "my love for life", leading fans to suggest that she still cares for her former partner.
Davis and McConnell started dating last year after meeting on Celebrity Big Brother, however they separated just months later. Shortly after their split, Davis revealed that she was pregnant with McConnell's child.
Their relationship has been strained ever since, but taking to Instagram, she shared a quote which read: "When you look at the sky, I am looking too. Not a minute goes by when I don't think of you.
"When I close my eyes and go to sleep I picture you, no counting sheep.
"Breathe easy my love and know I'm near, beside you in live you shall never fear.
"For you are my lucky star, my love for life, no matter near or far."
The couple are parents to a young son, Caben-Albi.
