Photographs of the former couple arguing in the street emerged earlier this month, and on Wednesday night the moment they clashed was shown in the latest episode. However, Megan being restrained by the show's producers was removed from the broadcast.
It has been claimed that "all hell broke loose" when McKenna and Wicks met on a residential street and they discussed their failed romance as well as comments made by their co-star Chloe Sims.
McKenna told her ex: "I was upset that she [Chloe] said I was an attention seeker. I think I dealt with it well."
Her anger soon mounted though at her – and Wick's – friends who have been getting involved in their split.
"I am telling everyone to not talk about it, or you, and not to slag you off. I'm the one who said [you hadn't done anything wrong]," Pete defended, only for McKenna to hit back: "Yeah, you were an angel... I didn't cheat on you!"
Wicks is alleged to have been caught sexting another woman while he was dating McKenna.
Neither McKenna nor Wicks has commented on Wednesday's episode of the show.
