The 24-year-old dated her Geordie Shore co-star for three years, and speaking to the MailOnline, she admitted that things between the pair were not right for a while.
She explained: "I think for the past three months I knew that it was coming to an end, so before we'd even broken up, in my head I was already planning how I would maybe break up with him."
Going on to say that it took her a while to build up the courage to end their romance, she said: "I don't know why, I always had this fear – I think it's a girl thing – we always think that things are going to get better, and we kind of never want to give up.
"I think that's what I was doing so when the time came I was like you know what, we both need to move on. Kyle's never been in the public eye and been single."
When asked about how she now feels about being single, the reality TV star said that she felt "fine", adding: "I would hope that he's happy that I am fine. I would hope that he wouldn't want us to be upset."
