Mollen, 37, was the first to share an image of the couple in bed together. In the photograph, she has one end of a baby nasal aspirator in her mouth, while her husband has the other end up his nose.
Writing alongside the snap, she joked: "This is how I told me son babies are made. #numbertwo".
Biggs, 38, later shared the same photograph with his fans.
It is not known how far along Jenny is or whether the couple know the sex of their child.
The couple first met on the set of the movie 'My Best Friend's Girl'. They became engaged in January 2008 and married in a small ceremony in Los Angeles in April of that year.
Their first child, a son, was born in 2014.
