The model confirmed the split to The Sun newspaper, saying that while she wished her ex-boyfriend the best for the future, she wanted to focus on her daughter for the moment.
She said: "Sadly me and Jamie have decided to go our separate ways, we will always love and respect one another, but my full attention is now on my daughter and work. I wish Jamie all the best in the future."
O'Hara had also alluded to the couple's separation last week when he shared a cryptic message to social media which read: "It is a travesty when two hearts, at different intervals in life, find each other, and although they would otherwise be perfect for each other, they can't be together, for the timing isn't right."
O'Hara was previously married to Danielle Lloyd. The couple divorced in 2014 after the footballer was alleged to have cheated on his wife. The pair have three children together; sons Harry, Archie and George.
