She posted a picture of her wearing lingerie and said she plans to get back into shape after the birth of her son.
She wrote: "I think we take our bodies for granted. I never would have looked in the mirror before having my little boy and realised just what mine could produce. A pure miracle.
"Even though I'm so proud of what my body created, I must admit I've been missing what it was before... I'm really looking forward to working on getting as much of my pre baby body back as possible in a safe and healthy way."
Jeremy, who is the father of the child, liked the image.
The pair have also been spending time together with their son Caben-Albi in Liverpool.
Last year, the couple shared a turbulent relationship after meeting on Celebrity Big Brother, and a DNA test had to be carried out to determine Jeremy was the father.
