According to The Sun newspaper, the pair were said to be looking cosy as they were spotted at the Beautiful The Carole King Musical Birthday Gala in London.
Austin is from Los Angeles, where 42-year-old Moyles spent a lot of his time during his three-year career break until 2015.
A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "They have been going out for at least a year and a half but have done well to keep it on the down low.
"They are both very laid back, so neither has made a big song or dance about it or splashed soppy pics across social media. Though they do make a great couple and are already getting serious. They are both really happy."
