Mel Gibson Becomes A Father Again

Mel Gibson has become a father for the ninth time, it has been reported.

According to People, the actor's girlfriend – 26-year-old Rosalind Ross – gave birth to a baby boy on Saturday, 21 January.

The publication added that the couple have named their son Lars Gerard Gibson.


A source is quoted as saying: "They're thrilled and Lars is adorable. Their family is all around them and Mel is over the moon. They're home and everybody is healthy and happy."

Gibson, 61, has seven children with ex-wife Robyn Moore; Hannah, 36, twins Christian and Edward, 34, William, 31, Louis, 28, Milo, 26, and 17-year-old Thomas. He also has a six-year-old daughter, Lucia, with former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.
